You can delete upcoming events to cancel them, or delete past events to remove them from your event list.

Delete an event
- From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, select Events.

Use the search bar to find the event by its name or host.
Tip:
To narrow the results, select the Filter
icon, and then apply your filters.
- Select the Delete
icon for the event.
- If you are deleting an upcoming event with guests, you will see the Send event cancellation confirmation option. If you select this option, guests will receive a notification that the event has been cancelled.
- Select Yes, Delete it.
Bulk delete events
- From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, select Events.

Select the checkboxes next to the events you want to delete.
Important:
If you select both upcoming and past events, guests for upcoming events will not receive a cancellation notification. To send a cancellation notification, select only upcoming events.
- Select Bulk Actions.
- Select Delete Selected.
- Select Yes, Delete it.
