Set up sign-out reminders for your site to let visitors know if they forget to sign out, or to notify hosts when a visitor is still signed in. The notification will include a link for visitors to sign out or for hosts to sign them out.

Sign-out reminders
- From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, select the Settings
icon.
- Select Sites.
- Select the site you want to update.
- Select Notifications.
- If Sign-Out Reminder is off, turn the setting on to open its settings panel. Otherwise, select Configure.

Turn on Email.
Tip:
To turn on SMS reminders, contact your customer success representative or the FacilityOS support team.
- Under "Send Notifications to", select Host or Visitor.
- Under "Notify After", use the drop-down menu to select how many minutes or hours after a visitor signs in the notification is sent. You can select multiple time increments.
- Select Save.
