You can edit, deactivate, or delete hosts in your address book.

Edit host details
- From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, select Manage.
- Select Address Book.
- Select the desired host.
- Make any changes to the host.
- In the upper-right corner, select Save.
Deactivate or activate a host
You can deactivate a host in the address book to temporarily prevent them from being visited, and then activate them again when needed.
- From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, select Manage.
- Select Address Book.
- Select the host you want to update.
- To deactivate a host, next to their avatar, turn off Active. To activate them, turn it on.
- In the upper-right corner, select Save.
Delete a host
- From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, select Manage.
- Select Address Book.

Use the search bar to find the host by their name, email, or phone number.
Tip:
To narrow the results, select the Filter
icon, and then apply your filters.
- Select the Delete
icon for the host.
- Select Yes to confirm and delete.
