Manage the address book

You can edit, deactivate, or delete hosts in your address book.

Required tier Corporate, Enhanced, or Enterprise tier. What is my tier?
Required permission Manage address book. This permission is included by default for the account administrator and site administrator roles. What is my role?

Edit host details

  1. From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, select Manage.
  2. Select Address Book.

  3. Select the desired host.
  4. Make any changes to the host.
  5. In the upper-right corner, select Save.

Deactivate or activate a host

You can deactivate a host in the address book to temporarily prevent them from being visited, and then activate them again when needed.

  1. From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, select Manage.
  2. Select Address Book.

  3. Select the host you want to update.
  4. To deactivate a host, next to their avatar, turn off Active. To activate them, turn it on.

  5. In the upper-right corner, select Save.

Delete a host

  1. From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, select Manage.
  2. Select Address Book.

  3. Use the search bar to find the host by their name, email, or phone number.

    Tip:

    To narrow the results, select the Filter Filter.png icon, and then apply your filters.

  4. Select the Delete Screenshot of the Delete icon. icon for the host.
  5. Select Yes to confirm and delete.
