Manage watchlist members

Edit or delete watchlist members to keep your watchlists up to date.

Required tier Enterprise tier. The Watchlist add-on is required if you are on the Corporate or Enhanced tier. What is my tier?
Required permission Watchlists. This permission is included by default for the account administrator role. What is my role?

Important:

If your watchlist is integrated with a third-party application, you will need to manage members in that application.

Edit a member

  1. From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, click Manage, then select Watchlist.

  2. Next to the watchlist you want to edit the members of, click the Manage Members Screenshot of the manage members icon. icon.
  3. Select a member.
  4. Update the member’s information.
  5. Click Save.

Delete a member

Deleting a member permanently removes their information from the watchlist.

Tip:

If you want a watchlist to stop checking sign-ins against a member temporarily, edit the member and set an "Effective Date". Until that date, the watchlist will not flag sign-ins that match the member.

  1. From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, click Manage, then select Watchlist.

  2. Next to the watchlist with the members you want to delete, click the Manage Members Screenshot of the manage members icon. icon.
  3. Next to the member you want to remove permanently, click the Delete Screenshot of the delete icon. icon.
  4. To confirm, click Yes.
