Edit or delete watchlist members to keep your watchlists up to date.

Important:
If your watchlist is integrated with a third-party application, you will need to manage members in that application.
Edit a member
- From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, select Manage.
- Select Watchlist.
- Find the watchlist you want to edit the members of, and select the Manage Members
icon.
- Select a member.
- Update the member’s information.
- Select Save.
Delete a member
Deleting a member permanently removes their information from the watchlist.
Tip:
If you want a watchlist to stop checking sign-ins against a member temporarily, edit the member and set an "Effective Date". Until that date, the watchlist will not flag sign-ins that match the member.
- From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, select Manage.
- Select Watchlist.
- Find the watchlist with the members you want to delete, and select the Manage Members
icon.
- Find the member in the list, and select the Delete
icon.
- Select Yes to confirm.
