If your badges are not printing, you can try factory resetting the printer, and then setting it up with your kiosk (iPad) again.

Factory reset the printer
- With the badge roll inside the printer, press and hold the power
button to turn off the printer.

On the iPad, unpair the printer from Bluetooth. For more information, see Apple's article, Unpair a Bluetooth accessory.
Note:
In the iPad Bluetooth device list, the printer name starts with "QL-820NWB".
- On the printer, press the power
button to turn it on.
- Press the Menu button.
- Using the up [▲] and down [▼] buttons, select Administration, then press the OK button.
- Select Reset, then press the OK button.
- Select Factory Reset, then press the OK button.
- Select Reset, then press the Ok button.
Set up the printer after factory reset
After the factory reset is complete, you will need to set up the printer and connect it with your iPad.
- Once you see "Set Language and Clock" on the printer's display screen, the factory reset is complete. Press the OK button.
- Set up the language, date, and time on the printer.
- Press the Menu button.
- Select Template Settings, then press the OK button.
- Select Template Mode, then press the OK button.
- Select Off, then press the OK button.
- Select Bluetooth, then press the OK button.
- Select Bluetooth (On/Off), then press the OK button.
- Select ON, then press the OK button.
- On the iPad, pair the printer with Bluetooth. For more information, see Apple's article, Pair a Bluetooth accessory.
- Restart the VisitorOS app. For more information, see Apple's article, Quit and reopen an app on iPad.
