If you no longer want visitors to see a document when signing in, you can remove it in several ways. This article explains the available options.
Options for removing documents
You can choose any of the options below to remove documents from your sites.
- Delete a document: The document and its associated settings will be removed from all assigned sites. This option cannot be undone.
- Deactivate a document: The document will be removed from all assigned sites. You can reactivate it later without losing its settings.
- Remove at site level: The document will be removed only from the selected site. It will be shown to visitors at other assigned sites.
