You can download the FacilityOS Core app for iOS or Android to track visitor records and sign in at your site using your employee pass.

About the FacilityOS Core app
The FacilityOS Core app replaces the VisitorOS Companion app with a more visitor-focused experience for completing tasks. These tasks include:
- Reviewing your expected visitors
- Reviewing your visitor records
- Signing in with your employee pass
- Updating your status during an evacuation
- Setting out of office notifications
For tasks that were previously available in the VisitorOS Companion app, use the following apps:
- To run or manage EmergencyOS drills and events on your mobile device, download the EmergencyOS app from the App Store or the Play Store.
- To scan and log parcels, download the DeliveryOS app from the App Store or the Play Store.
Download on iOS
- On your mobile device, open the App Store app.
- Use the search bar to search for “FacilityOS Core”.
- Tap “Get” to download and install the app.
Download on Android
- On your mobile device, open the Play Store app.
- Use the search bar to search for “FacilityOS Core”.
- Tap Install to start downloading the app.
