Once you receive your FacilityOS box, use this article to verify that all items are included and learn how to set up your iPad for visitor sign-in.
What is in your FacilityOS box
Confirm that your FacilityOS box includes the following items:
- An iPad (kiosk) in an anti-theft case, with a white charging cable attached.
- Depending on your VisitorOS tier, you may receive a printer with its adapter and charging cable. The printer also comes with paper already loaded.
- An instruction card.
If any items are missing, contact your customer success representative or FacilityOS Support.
