You can update a visitor’s sign-in information to keep their details accurate.

Edit a visitor’s record
Note:
If returning visitor settings are turned on, any changes you make to a visitor’s record will update the pre-filled information the next time they sign in as a returning visitor.
- From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, click Visitors.

Use the search bar to find a visitor by their name or company.
Tip:
To narrow your search results, select the Filter
icon, then apply your filters.
- Next to the visitor you want to edit, click the three vertical dots
icon, then select Edit Visitor Details.
- In the "Edit Visitor panel", make any changes, then click Save.
Troubleshoot a Host’s name not updating in visitor records
If you changed a Host’s name in the Address Book and would like their new name to appear in the visitor records, follow the troubleshooting steps below.
- Go to the Address Book and select the Host that is having the issue.
- Make note of all their information, then delete the Host.
- Add them back into the Address Book with the information you noted in step 2.
- Try editing the visitor records again.
