You can edit an event at any time to update its details and guest information.
| Required tier | Corporate, Enhanced, or Enterprise tier. What is my tier? |
| Required permission | Manage events. This permission is included by default for the account administrator, site administrator, and host role. What is my role? |
Edit event
- From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, select Events.
- Select the event you want to edit.
- Make any changes to the event, such as the host, site, or start time.

Select Save.
Important:
If you change the Start Time, End Time, or Site, send a new invitation to your guests. to learn how, see Resend event invitations.
Edit guest information
- From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, select Events.
- Select the event you want to edit.
- In the Event Guests panel, select a guest.
- In the Edit Guest panel, make any changes.
- Select Save.
