If you update an event, you can resend the invitation so guests receive the latest details.

Important:
You cannot resend an invitation after a guest completes pre-registration. To send an updated invitation, delete the guest and then add them to the event again. To learn how, see Delete guests from an event and Add guests to an event.
Resend an invitation
- From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, select Events.
- Select an event.

In the Event Guests panel, use the search bar to find the guest.
Tip:
To narrow your results, select the Filter
icon, and then apply your filters.
- Next to the guest, select the three vertical dots
icon.
- Select Resend invitation.
Bulk resend invitations
- From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, select Events.
- Select an event.
- Select the checkboxes next to the guests you want to resend invitations to.
- Select Bulk Actions.
- Select Resend invitation.
