After updating an event, you can resend the invitation so guests receive the latest details.

Important:
You cannot resend an invitation after a guest completes pre-registration. To send an updated invitation, delete the guest from the event, then add them again. To learn how, see Delete guests from an event and Add guests to an event.
Resend an invitation
- From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, click Events.
- Select an event.

In the "Event Guests" panel, use the search bar to find the guest.
Tip:
To narrow the results, select the Filter
icon, then apply your filters.
- Next to the guest, click the three vertical dots
icon, then select Resend invitation.
Bulk resend invitations
- From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, click Events.
- Select an event.
- Select the checkboxes next to the guests whose invitations you want to resend.
- Click Bulk Actions, then select Resend invitation.
