You can upload a logo to your site so it appears on the VisitorOS app on your iPad, in event invitation emails, and badges.

Upload a logo
- From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, click the Settings
icon, then select Sites.
- Select the site you want to add a logo to.
- Click Appearance.
- If a logo already exists, next to "Company Logo", click the Re-Upload
icon.

Under "Company Logo", either drag your logo in as a PNG file or click Browse files to upload it.
Note:
We recommend a transparent logo that is 450 × 270 pixels or smaller.

In the upper-right corner, click Save.
Note:
If the logo does not update on your iPad, restart the VisitorOS app. To learn how, see Apple's article Quit and reopen an app on iPad.
Upload an alternative logo for badges
If you want a different logo on printed badges than the company logo, you can upload an alternative badge logo.
- From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, click the Settings
icon, then select Sites.
- Select the site where you want to use an alternative badge logo.
- Click Appearance.
- Turn on Alternative Badge Logo.

In the upload area, either drag and drop your logo as a PNG file, or click Browse files to upload it.
- In the upper-right corner, click Save.

The logo appears at the top of the Welcome screen.
In event invitation emails
The logo appears in the upper-left corner of event invitation emails.
On your badges
The logo appears on your badge only if you are using badge style 3 or 4, or if you have a custom badge style with a logo. To learn how to change your badge template, see Change badge templates.
