Upload a logo to your site so it appears on your kiosks, in event invitation, and badges.

Upload a logo
- From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, select the Settings
icon.
- Select Sites.
- Select a site you want to add a logo to.
- Select Appearance.
- If a logo already exists, next to "Company Logo", select the Re-Upload
icon.

Under "Company Logo", either drag your logo in as a PNG file or select Browse files to upload it.
Note:
We recommend a transparent logo that is 450 × 270 pixels or smaller.

In the upper-right corner, select Save.
Note:
If the logo does not update on the kiosk, restart the VisitorOS app. To learn how, see Apple's article Quit and reopen an app on iPad.
Upload an alternative logo for badges
If you want a different logo on printed badges than the company logo, you can upload an alternative badge logo.
- From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, select the Settings
icon.
- Select Sites.
- Select the site where you want to use an alternative badge logo.
- Select Appearance.
- Turn on Alternative Badge Logo.

In the upload area, either drag your logo in as a PNG file or select Browse files to upload it.
- In the upper-right corner, select Save.

On your kiosk
The logo appears on the "Welcome" screen.
In event invitations
The logo appears in the upper-left corner of event invitation emails.
On your badges
The logo will appear on your badge only if you are using badge style 3 or 4, or if you have a custom badge style with a logo. For more information, see Change badge templates.
